OUR STORY

I was first introduced to the classic French Macaron while on a visit to Paris in 2012.  My husband and I were strolling down the Champs-Élysées when he asked if I'd ever tasted a macaron.  Curious, we walked into Ladurée, 'THE' shop in Paris, for a spot of tea and a seemingly simple cookie.  The taste, the texture, everything about this 'cookie' was superb.

From that moment on, I have spent my time making macarons and delving deeper into flavor profiles to create newly inspired and fun reimagined combinations.  I use organic ingredients to ensure the highest standard and best flavor.  Right now, I'm still enjoying the endless possibilities of sweet macarons, but be sure to check back again when I move into the savory.
